Season 1

An Exciting Offer is the first career reality show in China. Five male students and three female students that graduated from well-known law schools will have internship for a month and complete the tasks under the guidance of four lawyers. After which they'll vie for two full-time positions. The celebrity group, including He Jiong, Guo Jingfei, Vin Zhou, Lan Yingying, Miss Papi, and a lawyer Yue Shenshan, will observe the interns' growth and learning in their work. The interns will learn professional and social skills of lawyers in the process.

Season 2

Five boys and three girls graduated from well-known Law College and step into the society. With the guidance of four lawyers, they will compete with each other by internship of one month and assignment completion and only of them can get the job. Five members of cheering group He Jiong, Benny Sa, Yang Tianzhen, Adam Fan and Xu Lingling will observe the growing and learning professional skills and social skills of the interns.

Season 3

An exciting offer S3 is a show about internship observation. In this season, a new sector, doctors, is the theme. It records the 40-day internship of a few medical school graduates with the dream to be excellent doctors in a Grade 3 hospital, and from a novel perspective, tells the interns’ stories rarely known to the public and their efforts to get the two “exciting offers”.

Season 4

An Exciting Offer S4 is a reality show about observing the world of work. Focusing on the construction industry, this show records the stories of several architecture students with architecture dreams who enter two different construction companies, a large design institute and a small office, and compete for their exciting offers through a one-month internship. This show aims to present the different career choices of this generation of young people and their equally passionate growth process.

Season 5

A workplace survival reality show about the growth and transformation of newcomers to the workplace. The program will record the story of eight law school students with dreams of becoming lawyers who, under the guidance of four lead attorneys from the country's top law firms, go through a month-long hot-blooded, realistic and inspirational internship as lawyers, and ultimately vie for a transfer offer.
