Feral
This is a really good series. It isn't plot-heavy, so it took a moment to grow on me. It's the impact on the well-drawn characters that is the substance of the story. This has an excellent sense of place, in Memphis. It is set in familiar territory for the characters, that early/mid 20s where you're working out career and life and such. It is handled in a refreshing and sometimes subtle manner as the characters gradually learn and grow from their experiences. All of the actors do an excellent job. Two important secondary characters deal respectively with addiction and depression. This is well-handled in a realistic and painful manner. The episodes are short and it goes by quickly, with the end having a sense of completion of this chapter in the characters' lives. Highly recommended.
