1. Vida o muerte
The first episode tells the story of the arduous recruitment process to become a paramedic in Mexico. Damian, the squad chief, will have to select the bravest candidates to join the team.

The paramedics face different challenges in their day to day life, during that time, they must develop empathy with the patients in order for them to accept treatment and improve their lives.
3. Las golondrinas
The paramedics find themselves in complicated personal situations and during their most difficult shifts many of them face life and death situations, during one of the most celebrated dates in Mexico, September 15th, the independence day.
4. Paciente no.100
Being the celebration of the 100 patient in one of the units, the paramedics face one of the major problems of the Red Cross, that only 15% of the inbound calls are actually the truth, and the rest of them are false.
5. Cuestión de fé
In Mexico City the traffic road tends to be an impediment to paramedics, to avoid this, a new project is presented. Meanwhile, they must face a situation of faith.

One of the paramedics faces an experience from his past, when his team attends a distress call which brings him bad memories.

The paramedics are facing 2 cases where discretion and secrets can lead to the death of their patients.

The paramedics respond to the call from two separate couples, one of them in danger of death and the other one coping with the sharp reality of old age.

An insecure freshman girl and a proud veteran, join forces to save a child in danger. Mean while, a few cases change the way some paramedics view life, and not necessarily for the good...Lessons are learn.
10. Calaverita
It is the day of the dead and the all the staff remember their loved ones, while they try to save as many as they can, however, this date brings the typical jokes and ghosts stories, causing problems.
11. Código 100
The paramedics attend rare and strange situations while some suffer from decisions taken in the past, just when things are about to finish, the dreaded code 100 is present.
12. Una mejor vida
The paramedics are faced with situations related with some of the worst themes in life, the organized crime and the risk of crossing the border of legally. Whiles some members take decisions that will affect their lives drastically.
13. Héroes anónimos
The lack of communication makes a case difficult , while another one is between life and death, and depends on a rookie to save it, finally, organized crime presents an extremely risky and difficult situation for some paramedics.
