It's Biscuit Day, and the first heat of bakers return to the Bake Off tent for two tricky challenges. The Technical brings a comforting British classic and for their Showstopper, the bakers are asked to painstakingly create beautiful biscuit piñatas.

3. Bread Day 1

It's Bread Day, and the judges hope that the bakers can prove themselves in two tough challenges. In the Technical, Rav asks the bakers to make cute bread rolls, and in the Showstopper, the bakers dough-sculpt their heroes in bread form.

4. Dessert Day 1

It's Dessert Day, and the judges are looking for the bakers to produce the perfect finale to any meal. Liam sets a fragile Technical with a fruity twist, and the Showstopper has the bakers creating their dream holidays in cheesecake form.

5. Pastry Day 1

It's Pastry Day and the last chance for the first heat of bakers to go through to Finals Week. The bakers are asked to make a patisserie in the shape of Harry Hill, and transform their favourite takeaway into a pie filling.

6. Cake Day 2

The bakers face their first technical challenge, creating a topsy-turvy cake, followed by a showstopper in which they must depict their dreams come true in cake form.

7. Biscuit Day 2

The bakers make fashion-conscious wearable biscuits and an `About Me" biscuit box - an edible, cubic sculpture decorated to illustrate different aspects of their lives

8. Bread Day 2

The bakers show off their bread-shaping skills in a technical challenge with a spicy kick, then get artistic while making fiddly focaccias depicting the best day of their lives

9. Dessert Day 2

Dessert Day sees the bakers tasked to produce delicious, sweet creations for judges Liam Charles and Ravneet Gill. The bakers struggle to avoid meltdown in an icy Technical Challenge that defies logic, while in the illusional Showstopper they create dessert `imposters" - tasty sweet desserts, baked and decorated to look like savoury meals. At the end, one baker will prove themselves worthy of star baker and another will be leaving the competition.

10. Pastry Day 2

It's Pastry Day for the second heat of bakers and their last chance to win a place in Finals Week. Liam Charles sets an all-star Technical with delicious shortcrust pastry and cherry pie filling. Then the bakers must show originality and finesse when the judges ask them to design their own family crests in pastry to adorn a colourful and delicious pie.

11. Chocolate Day Finals Week

The final eight young bakers dive into Chocolate Day, and Rav challenges them to combine chocolate and miso to create one of her favourite sweet-and-salty bakes

12. Super Snack Day Finals Week

The bakers take on the first ever super snacks day, recreating Rav's ultimate sandwich recipe and making giant versions of their favourite sweet delights

13. Magical Day Finals Week

Sponge takes on a double meaning as the bakers take part in `magical day", which also sees them making flowing cakes with icing that is only let loose during the judging

14. The Semi-Final

The semi-final sees judges Liam Charles and Ravneet Gill go fruity for all the challenges. In the Technical, the bakers up against the clock setting layers of jelly and fruit with spectacular results. In the Showstopper, construction is key as the bakers are tasked with building magnificent meringue towers celebrating fresh fruit.

15. The Final

The four remaining bakers compete in the final. In the only Signature challenge of the series, the bakers create ice-cream sandwiches and dessert jars concurrently, ready to share with family and friends at a party. In their most important bake of the series, the finalists' last chance to impress comes in the form of the ultimate Showstopper - a finale fun fair cake.
