1. First choices
The competition kicks off and tough choices have to be made. Christian from the very first season has proven in the past how strong a survivor he is, but he feels doubts at the sight of his new habitat. Jesper considers whether a toad should be his first meal. Victor plans to be there for a very long time, while Camilla is nervous about how she will cope with loneliness. Unfortunately, for one of these brave participants, it will be a very early exit from the wilderness.
2. A fresh start
Rasmus from Esbjerg is excited to revisit the Norwegian mountains, but where are the fish? Former soldier Birk has more luck and enjoys fresh roe. Sanne is in it to win it, but again she struggles to get the fire going. The question is, will it be a struggle for her to get warm? Anna-Caroline, this time without a partner, postpones fishing. The question is, how long can she keep it up?
3. Creative solutions
After the first week, the participants will now test their wilderness skills. Jesper is hungry and is challenged when his fishing rod breaks. Anna-Caroline considers becoming a wilderness vegetarian. But does she dare to eat mushrooms with mold? Camilla is delighted with her pee bag, but can it work in the wilderness?
4. Farewell to the wilderness
It's day 15 in the wilderness and one contestant has to be taken out of the competition. Shaman Jesper has been without food for several days and his ambition to build a sweat lodge is under pressure. Camilla from Funen is working hard to finish the Hyggely shelter, but how will she manage without her wife Martha?
5. When the storm hits
A storm hits the wilderness and the participants are busy securing their shelters. Camilla keeps a log of her bowel movements, while Jesper wants to burn his portal. Christian has to resort to birch leaves when the fish fail. The boat brings home a participant. But who is it?
6. Crunchy bones and homesickness
Things are coming to a head in the wilderness. Only half of the participants are left. Rasmus is under physical pressure, and Sanne must use all her stubbornness to fight homesickness. Christian is finally successful in fishing, and in his eagerness he also eats fish bones. But is it a good idea?
7. Who will win in the wilderness?
Three contestants have made it to the final. Torrential rain and water in shelters force one finalist to consider whether it's time to go home. Another is physically exhausted from the hardships, while a third struggles to cope with the many days in isolation without family. Who has the will and mental strength to go all the way?
