1. Crushed Car Challenge
Four smiths have to create a knife from the most mangled mess of a vehicle ever seen on the forge floor; the two surviving smiths return to their home forges to re-create a matched set of curved katars.
2. Blackout
Four smiths must forge signature blades from W-1 steel without the aid of any electricity (i.e., in candlelight during a "blackout"). The two finalists return to their home forges to recreate the blunt-tipped Sword of Mercy, the English blade still used today for coronations. Who will step into the light from this challenge and be crowned Forged in Fire Champion and win $10,000?
3. The Ninja's Sword
Four smiths forge their own version of a ninja blade, with the smith with the lightest blade winning an extra 20 minutes in round two.
4. Sheet Metal Challenge
Four bladesmiths must forge a knife out of thin sheet metal; two smiths move on to re-create a serrated Indian sabre.
5. Blades Gone Wild
The bladesmiths must forge a sawback machete out of steel tent stakes; two smiths return to create the Parang Nabur, a deadly Malaysian backcountry tool and weapon.
6. Double Trouble Blades
Four bladesmiths face double the trouble when they are tasked with forging not one, but two canister Damascus knives; after a brutal round of testing, only two smiths move forward to build an extremely challenging Cinquedea sword.
7. The Knife Fight
The first-ever knife fight; competitors bring their best blade; after two rounds, only one will survive the knife fight and walk away with $10,000.
8. The Gaucho's Revenge
Four smiths re-create the iconic Gaucho knife; the two smiths whose weapons pass the test must then forge the ornate Argentinian saber; after another brutal round, only one smith will finish the competition with a bounty of $10,000 and the title.
9. Sergeant Hayden's Sword
Four smiths are given a small sliver of high carbon steel and a whole lot of mild steel to forge a knife; the two surviving smiths whose knives make the grade then re-create a sword credited with helping win a war: Sgt. William Hayden's sword.
10. Revolutionary War Forge
Four bladesmiths go back in time to the Revolutionary War to forge a Rifleman's Knife.
11. Flip the Forge
The judges flip the script once again, letting the bladesmiths choose their challenge; after an intense bout of testing, the judges take back control; they challenge the two surviving smiths to re-create an 18th-century Tibetan sword.
12. Out to Sea
Three bladesmiths head to Mystic Seaport for a nautical-themed competition; after a grueling round of coal forging, two smiths travel back to their home forges to re-create the flensing knife.
13. Gladiators of the Forge: Let the Battles Begin
The forge is transformed into a Gladiator's arena. In the opening battle, two smiths must forge a fierce Roman Era Falx.
14. Gladiators of the Forge: The Battles Continue
The defending smithing champion seeks to retain his title by building a Gladiator favorite: the Kopis.
15. Gladiators of the Forge: Viking vs Gladiator
The reigning champion of the forge sets their sights on a new challenger and a new weapon: the deadly Sica, a gladiator favorite.
16. Gladiators of the Forge: A Champion's Quest
Back at the "Forged in Fire" gladiator arena, two more sudden death battles are held; the defending champion has four wins under his belt, but faces his toughest challenge yet forging the weapon used to assassinate Julius Caesar, the pugio daggers.
17. Gladiators of the Forge: The Final Battles
It's back to the Colosseum for the last two one-on-one battles; the reigning champion has defeated six opponents, but now must face a returning challenger and forge the intricate Acinaces sword.
18. The Notorious Naga
Four smiths need to either go mai or go home when they're challenged to make a five-layer knife; after their blades are put through a grueling round of testing, the two remaining smiths return home to re-create the notorious 16th-century Naga sword.
19. The Fastest Blade in the West
In one of the most unique first rounds in Forged in Fire history, four bladesmiths must giddy-up to finish their blade first and become the fastest blade in the West. After a wild round of testing, the two remaining smiths return to their home forges to lasso up an iconic weapon of the American Frontier -- the Vaquero Machete. They then must survive one final standoff to win the reward of $10,000 and the title of Forged in Fire Champion.
20. Best in Damascus
Four bladesmiths put it all on the line when they are challenged with creating their most dazzling Damascus knife; the smith who impresses the judges the most will bypass a brutal round of testing, heading straight to the final round.
21. Friend or Foe
Two friends and two brothers enter the forge as teams to compete in an epic showdown; after working as teams to re-create a Scottish Broadsword, members of the victorious team will be divided and forced to face each other.
22. Supersized: Sword
In the first of a four episode event we're calling SUPERSIZED, four smiths must salvage steel from a massive railroad track to make their signature big blades. Then, two smiths head back to their home forge to build the biggest weapon in Forged in Fire history: a monstrous seven-foot sword wielded by legendary warrior, Grutte Pier. Which smith will rise to this colossal challenge and take home $10,000?
23. Supersized: Elephant Sword
Four smiths must salvage steel from a couple of 250-pound coil springs to make massive San Mai blades; two smiths head back to their home forges to create a pair of enormous Elephant Swords.
24. Supersized: 5 Ton Challenge
Four smiths face an enormous challenge when they must salvage steel from five tons of junk; two smiths head to their home forges to build the longest weapon in the show's history, a nine-foot Friauler Spiess.
25. Forged in Fire: Marvel's Midnight Suns
The bladesmiths assemble as Marvel takes over the competition; tasked with forging iconic weapons from Marvel's video game, "Midnight Suns," the smiths must defeat the evil clock to build their blades.
26. Supersized: Hog Wild
Four smiths face a colossal challenge when they must forge giant hog splitters from 12 pounds of steel.
