1. Episode 1
The team returns to explore the great Scottish countryside. Dougie Vipond visits Scotland's only wild oyster fishery and Nick Nairn tries to make the catch more appealing to the Scottish palate. Euan assesses the impact of the winter storms on Scotland's commercial forestry and Dougie begins a three-part series looking at the annual repair and maintenance work that takes place on National Trust for Scotland properties.

Landward - at home in the Scottish countryside! Dougie Vipond visits a Borders' estate to tell the story of sika deer in Scotland and Nick Nairn compares sika venison with traditional red deer venison. Meanwhile, Euan McIlwraith investigates Scotland's sheep rustling crime wave and Dougie meets the stonemasons of Culzean Castle.

Scottish countryside magazine. Dougie is in Peterhead to tell the story of the revival of North Sea haddock stocks and Nick Nairn cooks up a dish with the popular and versatile white fish. Euan visits the community bakery where shareholders are paid in bread and Dougie is at Haddo House in Aberdeenshire with the National Trust for Scotland's conservation experts.
