Far from It
During the Covid pandemic, Gabriel, an attractive young man, finds himself wandering through the quaint streets of a small French village, having fled his parents' home. Following a clumsy shoplifting attempt, he crosses paths with Wared, an elegant Arab woman in her fifties. She intervenes, rescuing him from the situation and extends an invitation to her home, where she provides him with a hearty meal. What begins as a one-night refuge evolves into a more permanent arrangement.
