The heli-medics race to Linda who's suffered a heart attack on a Norfolk beach, while motocross rider Alex is in a bad way after he's hit by another bike. In Cumbria, 15-year-old cyclist Dan is treated for a possible skull fracture.

Heli-medics race to a skydiver suffering serious injuries after smashing into a house. And, there's a race to reach a man who has fallen 40 feet from a ladder. Biker Hanna is trapped with multiple injuries after she ploughs into a road sign.

A visitor to a horse fair in Cumbria needs help after a cardiac arrest. A 12-year-old girl is treated for injuries after a collision with a vehicle. In County Durham, Peter is found confused and injured after a fall out walking in the countryside.

John is trapped in his car after a head-on collision on the A1. Heli-medics fly to one of Britain's most remote roads to help Caroline, injured coming off a motorbike.
