Derrell has had extremely dry, cracked heels for six years. After letting Derrell's feet soak in a bubble bath, Dr. Ebonie shaves down the calluses and fissures to try to find some normal looking skin.

Samantha has been skateboarding for years and now has painful calluses and plantar fasciitis as a result. After feeling judged by past doctors for how her feet looked, Samantha hopes that Dr. Ebonie can help her live a pain-free life - in sparkly shoes.

Theresa has toenail fungus and different size feet. After shoving her feet into sneakers for years, she wants to be able to wear sandals without her daughter picking on her. Theresa hopes for immediate relief, but she may need more intense treatment.

Ashamed of her feet, Ruby has never shown them to anyone. She has a foot phobia and hasn't been on a date in seven years. She hopes Dr. Ebonie can get rid of her toenail fungus and athlete's foot so she can feel confident and get back in the dating game.
