Wearing Bondi's cap, Pounce thinks he's chief lifeguard - but when Gemma and Neville need rescuing from a whale encounter, should he jump in, or alert a real lifeguard?
2. The Beach Race
The cadets are competing in an epic beach race and Gemma is determined to beat Pounce to the finish - until an emergency breaks out in the last leg.
3. Neville's Shark Drone
When Neville builds a drone to help make sure local great white shark Charlene doesn't come too close to the beach, it proves to be better than the lifeguards... almost.
4. Rescue Roo
When Pounce sprains his thumper in the sand dunes, he's devastated to miss out on an exciting Rescue Day - but discovers that not every rescue is action-packed.
5. Lighthouse Storm
Frizzy leads Bondi and the cadets on a dangerous journey into the hills to replace the lighthouse bulb during a storm.
6. Frizzy's Big Show!
When a TV crew shows up to film real life rescues on Kangaroo Beach, Frizzy vows to become world famous by being rescued.
7. The Trophy Mystery
The cadets are tasked with babysitting toddler penguin Phillipa, but become distracted when a cheeky crab scurries off with a lifeguard trophy.
8. Island Rescue
The cadets become stranded on Boomerang Island, but Neville vows to save the day with his backpack of supplies and emergency underpants.
9. Ready Cadet Go!
The cadets compete in a series of lifeguard challenges, but Frizzy is distracted by the promise of shiny gold medals.
10. The Big Swim
The cadets help Neville overcome a bad case of the wobblies before competing in the Battle of the Boards swimming challenge.
11. King Tide's Castle
Neville pretends to be royalty and builds himself a life-size sandcastle, but forgets Kangaroo Beach is due for a king tide.
12. Wild Waterslide
A giant inflatable waterslide is erected on the lagoon, but before they can ride, the cadets must teach the younger kids how to float. When the waterslide blows out to sea, Wei's brand new floating skills come in handy.
13. Stay Calm & Snorkel
Gemma can't wait to explore on Snorkelling Day, but her snorkel gets in the way. Frizzy is being distracting while the cadets learn how to stay calm in the water, but in the end, it's Frizzy who teaches Gemma how to relax.
14. Dream Team
Pounce, Frizzy and Gemma each have their own personal superstar lifeguard hero. But during an action-packed ride-along day, they discover that it's not about the individual, but the team.
15. Coach Koala
Big Trev is worried about passing his annual lifeguard fitness test, so Frizzy offers to help with an early morning boot camp.
16. The Shark Prank
When Reef and Roadie are rejected from the cadets' safety film, they disrupt the production with a set of pranks, but end up learning a valuable lesson about pretending to be in trouble when you're not.
17. Heatwave
It's the hottest day of summer and while Gemma leads a dolphin rescue, Pounce is determined to prove kangaroos can beat the heat.
18. Cadets vs Champs
It's Carnival Day at Kangaroo Beach, with two teams competing in lifeguard games. But it's the young cadets versus the lifeguards - how can they possibly win against a stellar team of grown-up champions?
19. Trash Pets
When the cadets create animals out of rubbish they've cleaned from the beach, they dub them 'trash pets' and inspire other beachgoers to make their own, but things get out of hand and their treasure becomes trash once more.
20. The Lagoon Monster
When Pounce falls in the lagoon and gets covered in seaweed, the other cadets mistake him for a swamp monster, and decide they have to capture it.
21. Turtle Toddlers
It's the day of the big Kangaroo Beach beach cricket match, but when Gemma and the cadets find a nest of turtle eggs, they play 'parents', vowing to protect the eggs from seagulls, crabs and flying cricket balls.
22. Cadets In Charge
When the cadets are put in charge of running the lifeguard club all by themselves, it proves to be the toughest - and most rewarding - day of their lives.
23. Frizzy's Treasure Hunt
While scuba diving over the reef, Frizzy swims off from her buddy Big Trev in search of hidden treasure and becomes lost underwater.
24. Island Campout
Camping out overnight on Boomerang Island with the cadets, Frizzy goes on a late night hunt for an alien koala.
25. Sandy's Surf School
When Neville fails to learn how to surf as well as his friends, he builds a self-surfing surfboard - but it quickly lands him in hot water.
26. Brave in the Waves
When Pounce pretends he's an expert at diving under big waves, his friends ask him to teach them how - and he soon finds himself in deep trouble.
